Wood-Fired Pizza and Wine Cooking Class

This interactive class is designed for everyone. No experience necessary, just come hungry and ready for a great time. Chef Richard will guide our intimate group of 30 guests through the art of making homemade, artisanal pizza dough. Each guest will then have the opportunity to build your own perfect pizza with Chef Richard by their side and enjoy it with Calcareous wine. 
 
Start the evening by enjoying our featured wine of the month, Lily Blanc, with appetizers as you watch and learn from Chef Richard.  Then once the demonstration is done settle in and enjoy a personal wood-fired pizza with your favorite toppings, a glass of wine, and homemade cannoli.
