Harvest 2025 Recap

The 2025 harvest was truly exceptional. Cooler temperatures paired with dry conditions—an unusual combination—helped maintain balanced sugar levels and produced fruit with rich color, intensity, and outstanding structure. We brought in approximately 170 tons of grapes, including an impressive yield of Cabernet Sauvignon, giving us exciting opportunities for blending. High tannin levels in this vintage mean these wines will spend more time in oak and will age beautifully in the bottle, promising depth and complexity for years to come.
