These wines have been stored in our cellar under ideal conditions, however as wine ages, the unique characteristics and qualities continuously evolve. Older vintages may show some bottle variation and the wines could be more or less evolved in ways that cannot be verified until the moment the cork gets pulled. Though our wines have historically been proven age-worthy here at Calcareous, the responsibility for the quality of the wine transfers to the purchaser the moment it leaves our cellar.
