2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
2022 Estate Chardonnay
The Calcareous vineyard was founded for growing exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon. Our unique combination of soil and climate enhance both fruit and structural elements of this noble cultivar, resulting in one of the top Bordeaux wines out of Paso Robles. Perhaps the greater testament to our terroir, however, is our Estate grown Chardonnay. Despite the warm, dry climate, this Burgundian varietal thrives in our calcareous soil. Able to maintain incredible acidity and the structural backbone of world class Chardonnay, we achieve fruit of extraordinary clarity and purity.
