These gems brilliantly reflect our two distinctive vineyards. Calcareous Vineyard in the Paso Robles AVA boasts richly-calcareous soils, regulating maritime influence, and steep hillside topography, producing Cabernets of uncommon character and beauty. Carver Vineyard is located just to the west, in the York Mountain AVA where the cooler, wetter climate and heavier clay soils produce a uniquely structured wine with subtle herbaceous notes that make this a favorite of classic Cabernet enthusiasts.
