2nd Course "From the Ranch" 24 hour Sous Vide Hearst Ranch Beef Short rib with butter poached fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus, zinfandel-cherry bordelaise, kale crisp paired with 2013 Kate's Vineyard Zinfandel
3rd Course "Something Sweet" baked Dark Chocolate Mousse with creme chantilly, salted caramel, walnut soil paired with 2012 Kate's Vineyard Zinfandel
